Datasets for completed ETAP reports.

ETAP Scientific Support Analysis BMDExpress2 Files
BMDExpress2 project files (.bm2 format) for each chemical and tissue analyzed using the optimal parameter configuration in Section 4.2 of "Scientific Studies Supporting Development of Transcriptomic Points of Departure for EPA Transcriptomic Assessment Products (ETAPs)" [https://doi.org/10.23645/epacomptox.25365550].
Additional information:
1) Transcriptomic data for Acrylamide exposure in Liver and Thujone exposure in Kidney both resulted in all probes failing the initial ANOVA filter (5% FDR), so there is no further analysis in these cases.
2) The analysis files for Ethinyl estradiol (EE2) have dose information in ug/kg-d. The final BMD/BMDL values were converted to mg/kg-d before performing the overall concordance analysis.

Supporting files for EPA Transcriptomics Assessment Product (ETAP) on Perfluoro-3-methoxypropanoic acid (MOPA, DTXSID70191136). Files included are:
1) OECD Omics Reporting Framework (OORF) study information: ETAP_MOPA_S1500_omics-reporting-framework-template-2023.xlsx,
2) Meta-data for individual transcriptomics samples: MOPA_final_meta_data.xlsx,
3) Body weight information for individual animals: Data_Object_1_MOPA_BW.xlsx,
4) BMDExpress2 project files (*.bm2) for each tissue and sex analyzed
